Guidelines and standards governing enrollment in Genius Talks masterclasses, keynote speaking contracts, and digital services in Nepal.
1. Executive Masterclasses & Certification
Participants enrolled in Genius Talks corporate programs, executive communication cohorts, or public speaking masterclasses are required to maintain active attendance, ethical conduct, and constructive participation. Official completion certificates are awarded strictly upon fulfilling syllabus criteria and final stage presentations.
2. Keynote & Corporate Speaking Engagements
Keynote bookings for Krishna Sah Kanu or our accredited international corporate trainers must be confirmed in writing with official dates, venue details, and audiovisual specifications. Event schedules and keynote thematic customizations are coordinated through our Bhairahawa operations desk.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, course curricula, speech frameworks, visual slides, and multimedia content produced by Genius Talks Nepal are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or public rebroadcasting without prior written permission is prohibited.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and all contractual agreements entered with Genius Talks Nepal are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rupandehi District, Lumbini Province, Nepal.
